SUFFERING FROM A PINCHED NERVE?

Pinched nerves, or nerve compression, can be extremely painful and can significantly impair your physical activity. When nerves are pinched or compressed, your nerves send steady or constant pain signals to your brain.

WHAT ARE PINCHED NERVES?

Pinched nerves can result from repetitive motion or injury that damages the nerves and surrounding areas. Depending on where the pinched nerve is in the body, pain could be felt in many different locations. For example, a pinched nerve in the spine would cause neck or back pain.

WHO CAN GET A PINCHED NERVE?

Treatment for pinched nerves varies, depending on the severity and location of the damaged nerve. If pain symptoms are particularly severe and are not improving with time, a minimally invasive surgery may be recommended to remove excess material near the nerve or to repair the damage.
