The costs for pain management treatments and minimally invasive spine surgeries can vary greatly between each patient. Individual treatment plans, insurance plans and coverage, and out-of-pocket deductibles are all unique and all impact the bottom-line cost required of each patient.
We understand that cost is a significant factor in determining if pain management and treatment is an option for you and your family. Our patient advocates and customer support staff make every effort possible to work with insurance companies so that we can provide the care you need at a cost you can afford.

At Champey Pain and Spine Group, we accept most private insurance plans. Simply fill out the form to the right to ensure your plan is accepted and your treatment is covered, and we'll contact you to schedule a free phone consultation or MRI review.
Unfortunately, at this time we do NOT accept government-backed plans like Medicaid. With regards to Medicare, we do work with some Medicare products.
If we do not work with your plan we do offer self-pay options. We are happy to discuss several financial arrangements to cover the cost of your treatment.
